You now have a chance to participate in a unique villa ownership concept: today you can reserve one of the 20 Grace residential villas that we are building alongside the hotel.

As a villa owner you will have a luxury home on the exclusive Estancia de Cafayate estate in northern Argentina - an area of outstanding natural beauty famed for its spectacular views, fine wines, golf and equestrian sports.

Uniquely, you will have the option to rent your villa back to Grace Hotels for use as a luxury suite when you are not in residence. If you rent your villa back to us for at least 6 months of the year we will take care of all your property maintenance and expenses for the entire year.

And if you rent it for more than six months you can expect a net income from your asset.

The Grace Cafayate which opens in early 2012 and will comprise a main hotel building plus the 20 Grace residential villas – each built and maintained to the highest standards of luxury that have won Grace Hotels global critical acclaim.

Villa owners will have access to hotel amenities that include a fine dining restaurant, a wine and cigar bar, a swimming pool and a luxurious spa.

Hotel guests and villa owners will also have access to all the superb facilities at La Estancia de Cafayate that include the largest golf course in Argentina, a lively club house and polo fields as well as access to the estate's vineyards.
